We love this organic rhubarb compote with granola & yoghurt for breakfast. For an elegant pudding, simply serve over clotted cream or ice cream with our stem ginger shortbread. Or try serving alongside a slice of cake for a delicious way to end a meal, or as part of an afternoon tea spread.
