Passata pasta sauce

Daylesford’s passata pasta sauce is made by a small artisan producer in Puglia, Southern Italy from ripe organic Italian tomatoes. To be used with meat, fish, pizza or pasta sauce: heat extra virgin olive oil with garlic, onion and aromatic herbs until softened but not brown and then add the passata. Stir until hot and mix thoroughly with the pasta.
