A robust sauce of simmered, ripe Italian tomatoes and plump olives. Made by a small artisan producer in Puglia, Southern Italy,
Stir through hot linguine, fusilli or make a simple puttanesca sauce by stirring in a spoonful of capers and anchovies, it is also delicious with steak, fish or chicken.
Tomato pulp (80%), tomato purée (7%), olives (4%), onions, green peppers, extra virgin olive oil, garlic, sea salt*, parsley. *Non-organic.

Store in a cool dry place. Once opened keep refrigerated, use within 5 days.
