An excellent option for barbecues this summer; scrumptious cooked over hot coals and served with your chosen accompaniments, salads and sauces. Alternatively, cook in the same way you would a steak: sizzle on a searing hot griddle pan for a couple of minutes each side before finishing in the oven.

| How To Cook | Pan Fry. Time: 14 - 16 minutes. Heat 1 tsp of oil in a frying pan. Place burgers into the pan. Turn occasionally until thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. |
