Some of our favourite artisan cheeses along with savoury biscuits, chutney and a full-bodied red wine to provide everything you need for an excellent cheeseboard.
Cheese & Biscuit Collection Box contains:
Bledington Blue – Made by hand on our farm, our organic Bledington Blue cheese is made with the non-homogenised milk from our own cows for a rich, piquant flavour and a soft, creamy texture.Matured for 4 weeks, with a natural rind.
Mini Penyston –Our handmade Penyston brie in miniature form, beautifully presented in a wooden box. Made using using milk from our herd of British Friesians.
Cheddar wedge 250g – The rich, non-homogenised, organic milk from our pedigree herds of British Friesians goes straight into the creamery, where we make our artisan cheeses by hand. Our award-winning, muslin-wrapped organic cheddar is aged for up to 8 months to develop it distinct full flavour.
Daylesford Rosso piceno d.o.c – From an organic family vineyard on the rolling limestone hills of Spinetoli and Porto d’Ascoli on the Marche’s Adriatic coast. No chemicals are used in the vineyard, instead the family work with nature, using traditional techniques to nourish the land and cultivate the Sangiovese and Montepulciano grapes in this bottle. Full-bodied with juicy black fruit, aromas of black cherry, damson and fig, spicy complexity from the oak, pleasantly dry and a firm acidity.
Fig Apple & Balsamic Chutney – Not dissimilar to a fig mostarda (a traditional Italian condiment made from candied fruit and sweetened mustard). This wonderful sweet and sour chutney is perfect for cheese lovers. A reduction of the finest figs and apples is blended with aged balsamic. Best enjoyed with our award-winning blue cheeses.
Savoury Biscuit Tin – A selection of our favourite organic cheese biscuits: Manuka honey oat biscuits; spelt rye & raisin biscuits; seaweed water biscuits (contain dairy). A real treat for the after dinner table & in a beautiful collectable tin.

Information - Mini Penyston
Our Organic Penyston Brie is a mild and creamy soft cheese made using the organic milk from our grass-pastured Gloucester and Friesian cattle. Penyston is mould-ripened for at least five weeks to create a rich, buttery flavour which becomes earthy and slightly mushroomy with age. Ideal served on a crusty baguette or slice of our organic sourdough and a cold glass of Daylesford Prosecco.
