Wild Idol is a premium, alcohol free sparkling drink, hand crafted using natural wine-making techniques and a superior blend of grapes to product the finest aromatics and the purest flavour. Clean, low calorie and gluten free, our process is simplistic and pure, with no artificial intervention. The result is a sparkling drink, that is full of vitality and spirit for a taste without compromise.
Tasting Notes: Wild Idol’s nose opens with bursts of grapefruit zest, crisp green apple and white flowers, evolving elegantly into rich tones of baked stone fruit and warm hay. To taste, jolts of bright gooseberry and rhubarb usher in a generous, lingering finish of vanilla and toasted almond.
Serving: Wild Idol should be chilled to 4°c and slowly poured into a wide-lipped tulip glass for optimum taste.
