Autumn is perhaps our busiest season around the farm and Market Garden – but while there is much to be done as we bring in the harvest and prepare for winter, there is something immensely fulfilling about this time of year. With blackberries adorning the hedgerows and plums heavy in the tree, squash, pumpkins, the last of the beans, and wild game also make an appearance onto our plates, and here in this e-Book of seven recipes we share our favourite recipes for this special season.
