SUSTAINABLE PACKAGING
We have always looked first to nature for our packaging needs, embracing both recycled and recyclable solutions where possible and always championing the reuse of our vessels and boxes that can be given a second life as useful objects in the home.
Returns
We charge a fee of $5 for drop off or postal returns and $10 for collection.
Beauty items (bath, body, fragrance, hair and skincare) must be returned unused, unopened, and in the original packaging.
Homeware items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Returns that are used, damaged or altered will not be accepted.
You may choose to use third-party providers for your return, please note that we cannot accept liability or responsibility for returns sent through these services and the cost of return is your responsibility. If you wish to proceed with this option, please contact our customer service team.
Please be aware that refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear in your account, as processing times vary between payment providers. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is faulty or the order is cancelled.

In the event that you would like to return your order, items must be returned within 30 days of receipt for full price and sale items.
EXCHANGES
If you wish to exchange an item, you will need to return the item you no longer wish to keep and place a new order.
