Children’s Flower Pressing

Flower pressing is a traditional pastime that has been enjoyed by generations of children.

Suitable for young people aged 5 and over, this course will involve a guided walk around our new cutting garden to gather flowers, learning to identify them and then pressing them to make cards and keepsakes.

Children’s Floral Jam Jar Floristry

This is a popular workshop, ideal for children aged 5 and above.

Cover your jam jar with seasonal materials, then arrange foraged  flowers and foliage to finish your masterpiece.

Children’s floral art

Children age 5 and above will love this workshop, where they can use foraged flowers and plant material to design and create stunning pictures, cards and tags for friends and family.

Market Garden Tours

Our Head Gardener JEZ TAYLOR and his team will be hosting tours of our organic Market Garden every Friday for six weeks from 20th July and throughout August.

WildWise Children’s Summer Events

Young adventurers aged 8-12 years old can expect to be immersed in bushcraft, storytelling and natural world experiences. The Wildwise events will be held outside on the Daylesford Estate, so please ensure that your child is dressed appropriately for the weather. 

Children may sign up for a full week or join in for single days.
