NESTLED ON THE COAST OF PROVENCE, CHATEAU LÉOUBE IS DAYLESFORD’S SISTER BRAND AND ONE OF THE MOST SUSTAINABLE, ORGANIC VINEYARDS IN EUROPE. THE WINES ARE FULL CHARACTER, WITH BALANCED FLAVOURS THAT ARE TRUE TO THEIR TERROIR.
CHATEAU LÉOUBE WINE
Chateau Léoube’s classic pale pink rosés are recognised as some of the best wines in Provence, created by renowned winemaker Romain Ott for all seasons and occasions. Elegant, balanced and expressive they perfectly reflect our unique coastal terroir together with our sparkling, red and white wines of Provence.
ABOUT CHATEAU LÉOUBE
Spread across four kilometres of Mediterranean coastline, the estate includes 70 hectares of vineyards and 20 hectares of olive groves, all devoted to growing the organic grapes and olives that make Léoube’s wines and olive oils.
Smooth, rich and full-flavoured, Léoube’s extra virgin olive oils are made with fruit ripened in the Mediterranean sunshine and cooled by the sea air. Ideal for dressing salads, marinading fish or serving with chargrilled vegetables, these aromatic oils will transport you to summer in Provence.
LÉOUBE FOOD PAIRING
A traditional cobbler is a delicious way to celebrate the best of the season. The scone-like topping works just as well with stewed cinnamon pears in winter or ripe stone fruit with homegrown raspberries in summer. In the autumn months, apples and blackberries are a clear choice; forage the hedgerows and trees and pair with British-grown cobnuts or walnuts.
