Our herd of pedigree british friesian cows and rare breed gloucester cows roam freely on our organic grass pastures, producing nutritious, full-flavoured milk, butter, yoghurt and cheese. While our hens ramble in our agroforestry fields from dawn until dusk, rewarding us with deliciously rich, golden-yolked eggs.
