Selenium used by the body to produce thyroid hormone and is a key antioxidant. The thyroid produces hormones that affect weight by controlling how fat, protein and carbohydrates are used in the body. These Vitamin A, C & E capsules are best taken as part of a diet filled with brightly coloured, antioxidant-rich fruits and vegetables such as fresh berries, beetroot and red peppers. |
