| How To Cook | Place in a bowl, cover with your favourite milk and allow to soak, ideally overnight, until the Bircher mix softens and swells. Try stirring through some freshly grated apple, natural organic yoghurt and cottage cheese. Top with a generous dollop of organic compote, nut butter or fresh berries. |
