Refund Policy for Instore Purchases
All faulty items with a valid proof of purchase from Daylesford Organic Ltd will be refunded or exchanged at our discretion according to the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Additionally, we also offer a goodwill right to exchange or refund if you change your mind subject to the following conditions:
1. No more than 30 days have elapsed since purchase
2. No refunds will be provided without presentation of a valid receipt
3. All sale items are not returnable
4. Fresh food purchases will not be accepted for return (other than pursuant to your statutory rights for quality issues for an in date product)
5. Bespoke items are not returnable (other than pursuant to your statutory rights where there is an evident quality issue)
6. Refunds will be made in the form of store credit only
7. Topiary will only be exchanged when returned to the relevant store within three months of purchase and is at the discretion of the manager
Irrespective of the reason for the refund, the product, or any unused portion of the product, must be returned when seeking a refund.
These conditions are in addition to, and do not contravene, customers statutory rights.
