Liv Golf Price Draw Terms and Conditions 

Liv Golf Prize Draw (“Prize Draw”) is brought to you by Bamford Collection Limited those registered office is 19 Mossop Street, London (please do not send entries to this address) (the “Promoter”). 

1. The prize available as part of the Prize Draw is as detailed on the promotional material. 
2. Entries to the Prize Draw can be made online at Daylesford.com/sign-up-golf-event. Only entry forms that have been completed in full will be entered into the Prize Draw. 
3. The final closing date for entries is 23.59 on Wednesday 31st July 2024.  No entries will be accepted after this time. 
4. The Promoter does not accept any responsibility for late, lost, delayed or damaged entries and cannot be held responsible for any inability to submit entries as a result of computer service, systems and/or server failure, error, interruption, defect or delay or any other technical malfunction. 
5. The Prize Draw is open to residents of the UK aged 18 years or over.  The Promoter may need to see proof of age to be able to provide prizes to the winners.  
6. No bulk or third party entries shall be accepted. Entries made online using methods generated by a script, macro or the use of automated devices will be void.  
7. Only one entry per person. 
8. The Prize Draw is not open to employees or contractors of the Promoter or any of its related companies, any person directly or indirectly involved with the running of the competition, or their direct family members. 
9. The winners of the prizes will be decided no later than Friday 2nd Auguust 2024.  The winner of the prize will be selected at random by the Promoter. The prize shall be drawn starting from the top value prize with subsequent draws for each prize in value descending order.   
10. The winner will be contacted by the Promotor on the email address provided within the entry form by Sunday 4th August 2024. The winner must then contact the Promoter to claim their Prize by Sunday 11th August 2024.  If the winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond or if the Prize remains unclaimed in the time frame stated above (or there is a failure to meet the eligibility requirements or otherwise the winner is unable to comply with the terms and conditions), the prize shall be forfeited and the Promoter reserves the right to offer the unclaimed prize to the next entrant selected at random.  The Promoter may repeat this process until such time as the prize is claimed within the relevant 7 day period. 
11. Unless otherwise specifically stated as being included as part of the prize, the prize does not include any travel, accommodation or subsistence of the winner or guests and the winner will be required to arrange and cover this cost.  Neither the Promoter or the relevant supplier of the item the subject of the prize shall be liable for any costs incurred by the winner or guest (including, without limitation any money spent on travel, food, refreshments) to benefit from the prize.  The Promoter will cover postage costs to deliver physical items to the winners. 
12. The prize must be taken as stated and unless otherwise specified cannot be exchanged, transferred or deferred. There will be no cash or other alternative offered. 
13. The Promoter reserves the right to: (i) substitute a prize with a prize of equal or greater value at any time; and/or (ii) cancel or change the Prize Draw (or its terms) at any stage, if deemed necessary in the reasonable opinion of the Promoter. 
14. The Promoter cannot guarantee that the prize will be free from all disruptions, failings and/or errors. 
15. Any prizes which are for the provision of accommodation and/or services may be subject to terms and conditions which shall be separately provided (e.g. cancellation terms). 
16. The Promoter shall not be held responsible for any injuries, damages or losses caused to any prize winner in conjunction with flood, fire, climatic conditions, abnormal conditions or developments, or any other actions, or conditions outside of the Promoter’s control. 
17. The Promoter shall not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant resulting from entering the prize draw or accepting any prize. The Promoter is not liable for any change, compensation, cancellation, loss, damage, expense or failure to perform any contractual obligation which is due to any event or circumstances which thePromoter could not foresee or avoid and accordingly cannot be responsible for any wasted travel, accommodation or subsistence expenses of the winner or guest. 
18. The Promoter’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. 
19. The prize winners’ name only (no further details will be provided) may be obtained by written request to marketing@daylesford.com up to 30 days after the closing date. 
20. By signing up to the Prize Draw, you content to signing up to our newsletters within the Bamford Collection. You can unsubscribe at any time.  Further details as to our use of your information is set out in our privacy policy here for Daylesford and here for Bamford. 
21. Entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and to have agreed to be bound by them when entering this competition.
