Cakes & Bakes

You will enjoy a combination of demonstrations and hands-on cookery to help you on the way to becoming a master baker. Our tutors will teach key techniques and guide you as you explore different flavours and textures to create some truly impressive bakes. Expect tried-and-tested recipes, inspirational new ideas and mouth-watering flavour combinations – plus plenty of opportunities to taste cakes, biscuits and pastry items fresh from the oven, or take home to share with friends and family.

Whether you are already an avid baker or simply an enthusiastic eater keen to discover more, this course will provide plenty of pleasure and fun.
