Perfect for live fire enthusiasts and anyone who loves food and alfesco dining, our Fire Pit Chef’s Table is an amazing opportunity to have a truly unforgettable experience at Daylesford. After introducing you to the evening menu over a welcome drink and nibbles, weather permitting, our chefs will take you for a tour of our Market Garden, explaining more about what we do here at Daylesford and giving you the opportunity to try ingredients straight from the plant.

Sit back and relax in the beautiful surroundings of our own outdoor courtyard for the evening whilst our chefs create a delicious, seasonal menu over the fire, giving you the chance to taste some creative dishes with an emphasis on the unique flavours created by cooking over wood smoke. Paired with delicious wines from our Wine Stall team and interaction with our Tutors, our Fire Pit Chef's Table Suppers are a a unique dining experience not to be missed.
