Market Garden Gather & Cook
This course is a special opportunity to spend a morning exploring and harvesting the freshest, most flavourful crops in season from our Market Garden, which is normally closed to the public.
Details | Hundreds of different varieties of organic fruit, vegetables and salad leaves are grown in the 28-acres of the Daylesford Market Garden. These include unusual heritage varieties as well as familiar things you would expect to find in seasonal veg boxes and farmers’ markets. Full-day course includes practical and demonstration cookery sessions, lunch, refreshments and all course material.
