Packing up a large picnic hamper, throwing in a blanket and venturing into the great outdoors is one of the great joys of British summertime. This course will equip you with the best quintessentially British picnic recipes for sunny days to come!
| Details | Summer is the perfect chance to spend time with friends and family, soak up the good weather and share great food. Picnics are a wonderful opportunity to bring people together over a whole host of seasonal, delicious plates and snacks with something for everyone. During this course we will cover recipes from bite-size sweet and savoury snacks, seasonal salads and showstopping mains. Our Tutors will inspire you with new and exciting recipes with a few twists on much-loved British picnic classics. Before the end of the course, we will head out to our favourite picnic spot in our organic Market Garden, spread out blankets and enjoy the feast along with a few glasses of chilled prosecco. |
