We are very excited about this special evening devoted to the world of food and wine!
In this two hour wine tasting masterclass hosted in our stunning Cookery School, you’ll explore a range of artisan wines from some of the worlds very best vineyards. From polished rosés to full-bodied reds each glass will be specially selected from our extensive range in our newly opened Wine Stall at our farmshop in the heart of the Cotswolds. Wines will be accompanied by small, seasonal plates designed by our tutors to perfectly complement the flavours of each tasting.
Throughout the evening, we’ll teach you how to use your taste buds and other senses to pick out the characteristics and flavour notes of each wine. We will also explain the wine making process behind each variety, so you have a richer understanding and appreciation of the world of wine. The passion and respect we have for our animals is paramount in developing our award-winning organic meat. Our Nose-To-Tail: Butchery Masterclass will allow you to follow and understand this journey, as well as gain practical tips and techniques from our expert chefs and butchers.
Beginning with a demonstration from our farm butchers, we will then get you hands on, butchering and preparing your own joints of meat and preparing them for the pot. Including beef, lamb and chicken, this course offers a comprehensive introduction to the essential techniques required to master butchery at home, as well as teaching you to choose the best cuts from your own butcher.
Over the course of the day we’ll cook a number of recipes highlighting a range of techniques from braising to roasting, leaving you confident cooking from nose-to-tail.

Created in conjunction with the Bamford Wellness Spa, our B Balanced days are designed to relax, restore and revive with 90 minutes of yoga, a cookery session and a relaxing massage treatment. Begin the day by enriching both your body and mind with a 90 minute yoga class in the spa's beautiful loft studio. You will then be guided back to The Cookery School where we will welcome you with a reviving juice and herbal teas.
After an introduction from our tutors, everyone will have the chance to cook a nourishing, healthy lunch, getting hands on preparing a number of dishes designed to reflect the holistic, wholesome approach to food we have at Daylesford.
Focusing on our wonderful organic ingredients, with recipes designed to make you feel your best, we’ll create a series of delicious and nutritious dishes which will be enjoyed together for lunch.

Nutrition goes hand in hand with physical exercise when it comes to being fit and well. Whatever your fitness goals may be, proper nutrition – a balance of carbohydrates, proteins and fats along with essential vitamins and antioxidants – is imperative to achieve them.
This course at our Cookery School has been developed in collaboration with The Club by Bamford to help you understand the fundamentals of sports nutrition and how eating the right foods supports wellbeing. Head of Fitness at The Club Andy Walters will be on hand to talk through your individual needs and illuminate the topic of fuelling and refuelling before and after exercise, with a focus on micro and macro nutrition.
You will learn how to make several nourishing, energising recipes via both demonstration and hands-on teaching. There will be plenty of opportunities to ask questions, sample dishes and be prepared for an “energy break” as part of your day!
