Nature Pilgrimage by Bamford with Vivo Barefoot & British Pilgrimage Trust
Step into a new rhythm Bamford’s new walking club —a guided journey through the land that awakens the senses, deepens connection, and brings fresh meaning to the simple act of walking. In the spirit of ancient pilgrimage, we invite you to tread more mindfully through the rolling fields, alongside rivers, over high ground, in the shadows of ancient trees, churches and stone circles among the landscapes of the Cotswolds, with Guy Hayward leading the way.
Details | On Sunday 18th May, we set forth on a journey, moving through farmland and village churches, culminating in the mysterious and storied presence of the Rollright Stones. Along the way, we’ll walk with intention, pausing for moments of silence, song, and reflection, allowing the land to speak in its own way. As part of this experience, we’re collaborating with Vivobarefoot to explore the profound benefits of ‘barefoot walking’, with expert-led training to help you rediscover the natural intelligence of your feet—your connection to the earth. Walk Club is for those who seek… • A deeper way of moving through the world • The stillness that comes with slow, purposeful travel • A chance to experience the land through history, spirituality, and the senses • The quiet joy of walking together, without rush or distraction. This is not just a walk. It’s a return to something ancient—something we have always known but may have forgotten. Join us on one Sunday every quarter as we step lightly, listen deeply, and walk in the footsteps of those who came before us |
