Organic Activated Nuts, Berries & Prunes
High in fibre and a source of protein, these raw activated nuts, berries & prunes are delicious on their own, or sprinkle on top of porridge, salads and soups. Ideal as a satisfying snack on the go.
What are activated nuts and seeds?
We activate our nuts to kickstart the enzyme-rich germination process by soaking them for 12 hours in filtered water with a pinch of natural sea salt. Then, to maximise their flavour and crunch, we dehydrate them slowly at low temperatures to keep the nutrients in.
Nuts and seeds are a powerhouse of essential nutrients and minerals and “activating” them makes them easier to digest and more bio-available, which means your body can better absorb their goodness.
