Grass-fed beef from our own herds at Daylesford, cured simply with Himalayan pink salt, seasoned with birds eye chillies and spices and air-dried to create a satisfying, high-protein snack. The range is high in protein, gluten & nitrate free, low fat, high in vitamin B12 and has no added sugar.
