Grass-fed beef from our own organic herds at Daylesford, cured simply with Himalayan pink salt, seasoned with spices and air dried to create a satisfying, high protein snack. The range is high in protein, gluten & nitrate free, low fat, high in vitamin B12 and has no added sugar.

Our native breeds are 100% grass-fed, roaming our rich pasture in the warmer months and eating silage and forage in the winter. Raising our animals with the greatest care and consideration, in a way that respects our environment, are the core values on which our farm is founded.

Storage Advice Store in a cool, dry place. Once opened consume within 48 hours.
