Grass-fed beef from our own organic herds at Daylesford, cured simply with Himalayan pink salt, seasoned with spices and air dried to create a satisfying, high protein snack. The range is high in protein, gluten & nitrate free, low fat, high in vitamin B12 and has no added sugar.

Your order will arrive in a Daylesford branded, 100% recycled cardboard box packed with shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled.
