Pure ground green tea leaf from the tea gardens of Japan. Rich in potent antioxidants, matcha contains nutrients from the whole leaf so is substantially higher in nutrients than any other tea.

| How To Prepare | Place 1⁄2 heaped teaspoon in bowl, make a paste with a few drops of 80°C water. Pour in a cup of 80°C water, whisk back and forth for about a minute, until frothy. |
