Organic Bledington Blue Cheese
Made by hand on our farm, our organic Bledington Blue cheese is made with the non-homogenised milk from our own cows for a rich, piquant flavour and a soft, creamy texture. We love it with pears, spread on our sourdough bread, toasted. Matured for 4 weeks, with a natural rind.
Our Bledington Blue cheese is a World Cheese Award Bronze medal winner and received a 1st & Reserved Supreme Champion at The Royal Three Counties Show.
Pasteurised non-homogenised, cow’s milk, salt*, starter culture*, vegetarian rennet*.
