Cooking Instructions

Remove outer packaging, place wooden tray on a baking tray and cook for 20 minutes at 190°C (170°C/Gas mk 4) fan oven until piping hot. To be used as a guideline only, appliances may vary.

Storage Advice

Keep refrigerated 0–5˚C. Once opened reseal and use within two days. Freeze as soon as possible after purchase – remove outer bag and place in suitable freezer container. Defrost thoroughly, use within 24 hours of defrosting.
