Originating from 1940s Venice, the classic Bellini cocktail comprises peach purée mixed with chilled sparkling wine to create a refreshing, delicious drink to enjoy from brunch onwards. ​
Our version features apricot nectar from sun-ripened orchards in southern France, with our award-winning organic prosecco frizzante from a family-run vineyard on the hills around Valdobbiadene, Italy.
