Crafted exclusively for Daylesford by Katto at their workshop in Sheffield, this collection includes four key kitchen knives:
- The chef’s knife: the perfect all-rounder, capable of everything from vegetable preparation to carving.
- The utility knife: made for intricate board work, including fish fileting and herbs.
- The boning knife: a must-have tool to debone meat, poultry and fish.
- The santoku knife: an adept and extremely versatile knife, suitable for all kitchen tasks.
Made from Japanese steel and responsibly sourced cherry wood, each features a weighted handle and Daylesford branded blade.

We use DPD to deliver items to addresses throughout mainland UK.
You may select your preferred delivery day during check-out. Next day deliveries have a cut-off time of 12pm (please note next day delivery is not available on all items).
Gift messages may be added at check-out.
Your order will arrive in a Daylesford branded, 100% recycled cardboard box packed with shredded spruce from Britain and Sweden, natural sheep’s wool insulation and non-toxic chilled gel packs, all of which can be reused, composted or recycled.
