Katto was founded on the belief that in this modern world, people want to own fewer, better things. Things that last and for which they’re proud to own. All Katto’s knives are made in their Sheffield workshop, once home to some of the best knife makers in the world. By opening the workshop, building the team and bringing as much of their supply chain to the area, Katto hope to play a role in Sheffield’s resurgence as a manufacturing hub. Each knife is made by hand and designed to have the minimum possible impact on the environment.

Simply wash your knife with warm water and dish soap. Dry immediately after washing. These knives are not suitable for the dishwasher.
