Crafted from only the noblest Merlot grapes from Bordeaux vineyards, harvested at peak maturity and carefully vinified using truly sustainable methods by the renowned Michel Lynch winemakers. Full of the rich, red fruit aromas of fresh black cherries, blackcurrants and cedar with discreetly silky cocoa and spice notes.
This Bordeaux is perfect with hearty roast beef, venison, game and pork dishes, strong cheese and mushrooms.
