Our organic dried spaghetti is greater than the sum of its parts – simply durum whole wheat flour, kneaded to a dough with Italian spring water and extruded through a traditional bronze die, giving the pasta its ridged texture which make your sauces cling.
Perfect with a rich tomato sauce and beef meatballs, finished with a handful of shaved Parmesan. Spaghetti lends itself to a thick sauce – such as carbonara with bacon and eggs, or shellfish with Parmesan and lemon zest.
