Enhance your gardening know-how and learn how to grow your own cut flowers on this special morning with The Land Gardeners, also known as renowned gardeners and garden designers Henrietta Courtauld and Bridget Elworthy.
| Details | Inspired by the Chelsea Flower Show taking place the same week, Henrietta and Bridget will be joining us at Daylesford to talk about some of their favourite cut flowers, from beautifully blowsy peonies to exquisite new varieties of roses. They will share their top tips for growing them successfully in pots, beds or as climbers and how to feed the soil in your own gardens by using green manure as living compost. The morning will begin in the Garden Room of the Daylesford farmshop, followed by a guided tour of our own Cutting Garden. You will then be led to the Tipi in the heart of our Market Garden for the remainder of the talk. There will be a Q&A and signings of Soil to Table with The Land Gardeners. About your hosts Henrietta and Bridget are passionate about growing, cutting and designing in a way that improves the health of the soil, to create beautiful growing spaces that are brimming with biodiverse life. As The Land Gardeners, they design productive gardens, restore historic gardens and run workshops. They make and sell their own compost and have written two books, Cut Flowers and Soil To Table.
