Organic Minestrone Soup
Our take on this hearty, traditional Italian soup combines eight seasonal vegetables with satisfying pasta and cannellini beans in a rich tomato and herb broth. Ladle into deep bowls, sprinkle with parmesan cheese (or your preferred plant-based alternative) and serve with focaccia or your favourite crusty bread.
