Organic Classic Roast Lamb Box
Sunday lunch is sorted with this organic selection of meat and seasonal accompaniments, ideal for springtime feasts.
For easy carving at the table, our butchers have boned and rolled an organic shoulder of lamb – a flavourful, boneless cut ideal for roasting slowly at a low temperature until tender and succulent.
Fresh vegetables add colour, flavour and goodness to any meal, and the organic potatoes, broccoli and carrots are ready to be prepared however you choose to complement the roast lamb. A jar of our sweet, herbal mint jelly helps the flavours sing; our chefs recommend adding a couple of dollops to the meat juices in the pan to make a quick, delicious gravy, or simply let people add a spoonful to their plates to enjoy as a condiment.
