Organic Indulgent Roast Lamb Box
Everything you need for a classic, indulgent English lamb roast, including organic meat, fresh seasonal vegetables, pudding from the Daylesford Bakery, a jar of mint jelly and a bottle of fruity, full-bodied red wine.
For easy carving at the table, our butchers have boned and rolled an organic shoulder of lamb – a flavourful, boneless cut ideal for roasting slowly at a low temperature until tender and succulent.
Fresh organic vegetables add colour, flavour and goodness to any meal, and the seasonal potatoes, broccoli and carrots are ready to be prepared however you choose to complement the roast lamb.
A jar of our sweet, herbal mint jelly helps the flavours sing; our chefs recommend adding a couple of dollops to the meat juices in the pan to make a quick, delicious gravy, or simply let people add a spoonful to their plates to enjoy as a condiment.
Raspberry and almond bakewell tray made by hand on our farm and a bottle of fruity, full-bodied red wine complete the feast.
