Daylesford Market Garden Spritz
This true favourite in The Legbar at our Cotswolds farm. We love ice cold and served with salted MARCONA ALMONDS and NOCELLARA OLIVES.
(SERVES 1)
100ml prosecco
50ml aperol
soda top-up
Market Garden fruit
Place a selection of seasonal fruit in the base of a cocktail glass, we have used apples, blueberries and strawberries from our Market Garden. Gently pour the aperol over the fruit and add the prosecco. Top-up with soda to taste.
Garnish with blueberries and a slice of strawberry.
During summer months we will muddle the cocktail with berries from the garden, while in autumn, plums, apples and blackberries make a delicious addition too.
