Organic Pork Shoulder Steaks
Also known as a pork ribeye or collar steak, this lean and versatile cut has great marbling which keeps the meat juicy when it’s cooking.
For our exceptional, truly free range organic pork, we are proud to work with one trusted organic farmer. The pigs spend their entire lives outdoors, free to forage and roam.
Season with a little salt, pepper and oil, and fry in a hot pan until golden brown, about 5 – 8 minutes. Rest for 2 minutes. The meat should be cooked through with no pink meat and juices running clear.
Refrigerate 0 – 5*C.
Good to freeze: freeze on day of delivery and defrost before use
