The pork is from free range, organic, outdoor bred pigs, sourced from an organic farmer in Gloucestershire who shares our values in animal welfare and meat quality.
Our checkout does not support ordering products for Click & Collect and home delivery in a single transaction. How To Cook
GRILL for 10-15 minutes. Preheat grill. Remove all packaging. Place on a grill rack under a medium heat turning occasionally. Cook thoroughly until juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
PAN FRY for 10-15 minutes. Remove all packaging. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Cook thoroughly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
How To Prepare
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
Shelf Life
2 days, stock ordered before the 21st December will not last you until Christmas Day.
Storage Advice
Keep refrigerated 0-5°C. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
Packaging
Tray is made from 70% recycled materials, please rinse & recycle. The film is not currently recyclable.
