As we don't farm our own trout , we work with high-welfare sustainable fish farms and the award- winning Inverawe Smokehouse in Scotland, with nearly 40 years experience.

This smoked Rainbow Trout is from inland lochs on the west coast of Scotland. Sustainable farming ensures low-stocking densities and non- GM feed.

The fish are salted by hand and traditionally cold smoked in Inverawe's brick kilns for up to 72 hours, depending on the weather. This careful, slow process results in rich, melt-in-the-mouth smoked trout.

Storage Advice Keep refrigerated 0–5°C. Once opened consume within 3 days. Suitable for freezing on day of purchase for up to 1 month.
Packaging This card is 100% recycled. The plastic and inner gold card is not currently recyclable but is as light as possible.
