High Protein Overnight Oats

This high protein overnight oats recipe is a great start to the day and will leave you feeling fuller for longer.

(SERVES 2)

2 organic eating apples
1 cup of organic porridge oats
3 cups of organic whole milk, almond milk or milk kefir
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp raw cacao powder
40g (2 scoops) superblend or pureblend protein powder

Coarsely grate or finely chop the apples and tip into a medium bowl.

Add all the other ingredients.

Stir well, cover and refrigerate overnight.

In the morning, stir again and serve with your favourite accompaniments, such as organic natural or flavoured yoghurt, coconut yoghurt, frozen berries or a drizzle of raw honey.
