A taste of spring in the Cotswolds, this limited-edition loaf combines heady wild garlic foraged from the woodlands on our farm estate with award-winning Double Gloucester cheese from our own Creamery. Our bakers make a classic light, soft ciabatta dough with a thin, delicate crust and mix in sweet, sticky slow-roasted garlic to help the flavours sing.
