|Details||Our new Barbecue products use a range of herb and spice-infused marinades. Each marinade has been expertly paired to the meat by our in-house chefs to bring out the best in flavour profile. From refreshing herbs and lemon to sweet and smoky or hot and spicy jerk and piri piri.
Roast: Preheat oven to 180 (160 fan/gas mark 4). Place meat in a roasting tin in the centre of the oven for 25-30 minutes, turning once until golden brown and thoroughly cooked, the juices run clear, with no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes.
Barbecue: Drizzle with oil, cook on an open grill turning regularly until the juices run clear and there is no pink meat.
Wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
