| How To Cook | BBQ - chargrill over low embers with the lid on until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Oven - Preheat oven to 180 (160 gas/gas mark 4). Season with salt then place in roasting tin in oven for 50 mins until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes. |
