| How To Cook | BBQ - chargrill over low embers with the lid on until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Oven - Preheat oven to 200 (180 gas/gas mark 4). Season with salt then place in roasting tin in oven for 20-25 mins until cooked through, the juices run clear and there is no pink meat. Rest for 5 minutes. |
