How To Cook

To be used as a guideline only, appliances may vary

Cooking instructions: wash hands, knives and surfaces thoroughly before and after preparing raw meat.
Ready in 15 minutes: season with salt, pepper and oil. Cook in a hot pan or griddle, turning halfway through. Medium-rare: 5-10 minutes. Allow to rest for 2-3 minutes before serving.

Storage Advice Keep refrigerated 0-5c. Consume within the use by date. Once pack is opened use on the same day. Suitable for freezing on day of puchase. Use within one month. Defrost fully before use. Do not re-freeze once defrosted.
